We believe in supporting our determined and motivated staff and we are searching for a smart, motivated Social Media Manager to help oversee social media strategy and campaign management successfully and fearlessly.

This role is that of a social media marketing strategist, creative, and manager who has great communication skills and follow-through. Results of this role include improved customer engagement, increased followings and conversions, and clear reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop results-driven social media strategies for clients in various sectors including: Personal & Business Development, B2B // SaaS, eCommerce, and more
  • Manage clients' social media channel mix, post types, schedules, messaging, content and more to hit both engagement and revenue goals
  • Partner with content, paid media, email, affiliate, and account management teams to develop fully integrated campaigns that speak to the clients’ avatar targets
  • Develop and own client-specific performance metrics, continue to refine a deep understanding of front and back-end KPIs
  • Track performance, pull reports, analyze data and communicate actionable insights specific to driving new audience growth and revenue-driving conversions
  • Collaborate with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations ahead of competitors
  • Ability to assess the business or industry, identify opportunities, and promote growth
  • Manage day-to-day activities and tasks of Junior-Level Staff and / or outsourcers
  • Represent social media team internally, to clients, and in community
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and technologies and continuously educate team and agency

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven success in social media
  • Proven management of multiple clients at one time
  • BA or BS College graduate – preferably with an emphasis in marketing and/or communications
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Mandatory experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Youtube
  • Preferred experience with Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, Clubhouse
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM/Email/PPC capabilities and how it relates to Social Media
  • Experience with Social Media automation/analysis tools (Ex: Sprout Social, Manychat, FB Insights, etc.)

Skills & Background

  • Demonstrated experience in content planning and managing cross-departmental content calendars that track to client goals
  • Proven experience interpreting data and making strategic recommendations
  • Ability to manage and juggle many personality types calmly and with a positive energy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on different timelines and create a sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage highly visible projects
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to influence
  • Ability to thrive as an individual or a group
  • The ability to learn quickly and rapidly build expertise in new industry verticals
